H pylori abx or parasite meds first?

Basically parasites are wreaking havoc in my body. The ***** are in my neck/head, eating food can mess up my body. A pcr stool test did show I have H pylori though.

A doctor here gave a me a triple med combo for it with what I think has amoxicillin, Flagyl and Claritin in it.

Anyone have any idea if this might help with the parasite issue, if it kills of H pylori or maybe even effects the stuff?
