Spicy foods for parasites..

I have tried many different things to get rid of my parasites over the years. I have taken lots of different meds. I feel at this point that I can not loose any ground with the parasite disease by eating the right foods. I have been trying this for 2 months now. I feel eating lots of garlic, ginger, coconut with lime and peppers, I use habanero sauce on most of my food. Horseradish, cayenne pepper, raw onions, Madagascar cloves crushed and staying away from simple sugars. I guess the long term problem might be a stomach ulcer. Papaya seeds mixed with honey. I have added castor oil to that lately. Taking bromelain and papain I think helps get rid of some of the skins and stuff. One things that I have done that gets lots of sulfur into the parasite is taking MSM with something that has Sugar in it. For me it's chocolate almond milk. One of the best things that I did for myself was eat a raw coconut everyday mixed with pepper and lime juice. This was so beneficial. I can buy them in northern cali but I have to open and cut them. The coconuts really helped with my Ascaris infection. I know eating garlic is painful especially after doing it for a little while. Then forcing yourself to continue to make it a part of your daily routine. I know the addition of spicy foods has been helping me. I eat an enormous amount of ginger.. That's my favorite food out of the bunch that I tolerate the most.
