Thanks for your reply.

The last two months I have been eating a significant amount of fruit. That is my only source of sugar, as far as I can tell. For dinner I have a large bowl of fruit - either melons; or papaya and mango; and occasionally bananas, peaches or apples.

At times I can have two bowls of fruit a day.

I read that you do not get diabetes from too much sugar, but perhaps you are indicating that I already have diabetes and too much Sugar is causing these symptoms?

I should add that in the middle of June I did a one week Water Fast and lost a few kilos during that. I don't know if that is related to this.
