I agree with Mike that you are diabetic or pre-diabetic.

I suggest that you get an inexpensive blood glucose meter from the drug store with test strips. Measure your blood glucose just before breakfast.

Readings to look for:
=====================
70 to 100 = Normal
100 to 125 = Pre-Diabetic
over 126 = Diabetes

If you are diabetic or pre-diabetic, then follow Dr. Hallberg for the drug free cure:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=da1vvigy5tQ

Do a Youtube Search for Hallberg for more lectures on diabetes.

Also fruits are loaded with natural sugars that can boost your blood glucose levels.
Do a google search "Diabetes Fruit" for more details.

Please do let us know how your blood glucose tests come out. I have more ideas for your condition, if you are not diabetic.
