Try to do isometric clenching and relaxing of the sore muscles at every chance you think of it during the day. This will bring blood supply to the muscle and allow the debris to be cleaned up. Make sure you are drinking a glass of water every hour or so.
There is a chance you have developed Fibromyalgia. Just a thought.
The mechanism of that disease is unknown but it is usuallly triggered by stress. it feels like tiny shards of glass in the muscles.
