flush your ears with peroxide. then clean them and apply ivermectin to th inside with a cotton swab. this helped me.

Try to do isometric clenching and relaxing of the sore muscles at every chance you think of it during the day. This will bring blood supply to the muscle and allow the debris to be cleaned up. Make sure you are drinking a glass of water every hour or so.

There is a chance you have developed Fibromyalgia. Just a thought.
The mechanism of that disease is unknown but it is usuallly triggered by stress. it feels like tiny shards of glass in the muscles.

A tens unit will help with the muscle pain. Eloctrotherapy stimulation. The tens 7000 runs about $30 and comes with pads and wires. Be sure to order extra pads, the 3" ones are best. I dont know of anything for the ears, sorry, maybe collodial silver drops? a worm in my ear broke my ear tube. Probably ascarias.

Its good to flush Ear, nose, throat, sinus, eyes daily. Also I find doxy helps with the bacteria they carry.

Peroxide drops in ears is good. Also I mix 50/50 water and braggs acv with a pinch of ceyanne to gargle with and hold in throat then spit out.

The ENt are connected a tube from the ear opens in the throat. Borax or h2h gargle is good. Put a drop of acv mix in ear without the ceyanne. The acv mix seem to kill the germs or parasites running through these places. My intense itching in these area has stopped.

At night I put coconut oil or castor in eyes.

I think I have strongyloids disseminated throughout my body & have suffered unbearable migraines and head pain for the past 12months along with horrendous eye pain for months. This has eased lately compared to what it was but still struggling impost weeks with symptoms in head/eyes. Feel wriggling daily but has reduced from experiencing this all day/night to mainly at night now from 3 mths of Albendazole. Also they have been in my nose, ears, throat and everywhere including my rectum every night. This is such a problem for me too. After two months a heavy cleansing, my body feels like its deteriorating.

Stop eating meat n go vegan. U can read the net about how meat is full of parasites n bacteria. Cooking it does not get rid of all of it, n no one ever says what happens to the dead bacteria n parasites. Read n find out that not only is meat full of parasites, but most chicken has e.coli before being cooked, n much meat has salmonella. They tell ppl to cook it to remove it, but they're still eating what had the diseases on it? Also one third of the world has a disease, can't think of the name, toxoplasmosis? N its from eating meat n handling meat at all. Center for disease control states this themselves, as do other disease databases. One third of the world has the parasite from meat. It may be dormant in terms of causing illness, but those with worse immune systems have more probs from it. But do u know anyone who is always healthy?? Ebola, a deadly disease, actually came from people eating "bush meat", meat from bats n monkeys or something. A lot of terrible diseases come from eating meat, n its obviously a decomposing corpse of an animal. There are all kinds of gross things that attach themselves to dead animals, n then, after all that, meat rots in peoples colons. so u should really consider going vegan.
