Re: Common procedure,ESWL, causes a rare complication

I just had the eswl procedure done. I was nauseous and couldn't breathe. Couldn't eat. The doctor and the nurses said that it might have been the anesthesia or the pain meds. I've been in and out of the er 3 times. They checked me for bloodclots, ct scan, xrays, blood tests. I have my good days and the bad days. The urologist said they the ER have done every test to make sure I'm healthy. And all the tests came out negative. He pretty much told me Im going back to work and took my stent out. I still have problems breathing after eating. Or just when I'm tired. I get dizzy, breathing gets difficult, then i need to sit or laydown. I don't know whats wrong with me. The ER and the urologist and my primary doesn't know. He sending me to a pulmonary specialist. still waiting for them to call and make an appointment. Can you help me or the urologist you work for help guide me or my doctors? It is 2 weeks and 3 days now since the procedure.
