Serious cleanser!!!

Good to see you here, Linda! I had about given up on seeing anyone hanging around this forum, there were actually a few crickets chirping...

You are obviously a dedicated cleanser--my main focus was intestines and I am proud as punkins to report four years of intensive cleansing cleansing cleansing including a whole shitload (fasting jargon) of professional colonics... I had amazing success. I went through menopause without a single symptom! Fantastic.

Ten years later I am still doing maintenance, and this ten day Master-Cleanse turned into a water sandwich, which was really good. I find myself increasingly attracted to water, which when I started out seemed waaaaaaaay out there! Three days of water is like six on MC, very intensive and productive. I am back to juice on day 7, feeling like superwoman. Last night I had a low spell and thought about starting a break, which is always the wrong response to a low spell... and today I really do feel fabulous.

VERY good SWFs, quite clean. I am getting a lot of liver stuff including what I believe are lots of small and a few larger stones. I have been flushing my liver and will do another when I get off this thing.

I am going to open a new topic to help fluff up this forum. Where did all the MCers go? Was it a fad? Too bad if so, this is an amazing tool.
