But, generally its good that you are concerned about your health because sexual contact is risky. The anus isn't meant for penetration, and we're not really designed to swallow cum either as its not good for the immune system.

I know it sounds very old fashioned, but here are the facts: when it comes to penetration, the vagina is made for this, it has protective acidic secretions which protect the body from invasion of parasites and other pathogens. The anus doesn't have this protection. For this reason, parasite infections are quite high in homosexual men who receive penetration.
