Please help?

I have a question. I'm very worried that I have been infected with anal herpes. Three weeks ago I had a sexual encounter with a guy who fingered my anal area. Afterwards I noticed a pinkish scab in his pubic area that I believe was a genital herpes sore. I asked him if he has herpes and he said he doesn't but I don't believe him. And since this incident I have had severe Anal pain.i went to the doctor and was diagnosed with an anal fissure and was given some ointment. Since then the pain in my anal area has gone away for the most part but now I feel severe itching and burning sensations on my butt cheeks. And I don't feel any sores but I'm really worried that I have herpes in my anus. And I'm worried that if he does have herpes that he passed the virus from his genitals to my anus. From my symptoms could I have anal herpes? And is getting fingered a risk for being infected if the person doing the fingering has genital herpes? Please help? Tweet
