It's good you're beginning to think for yourself. Your instincts are telling you that strongyloides are at least one of the culprits. I'd go with my gut instincts and treat for them. From my prior research (forgot where I read it), ivermectin is at least twice as effective as albendazole for adult strongyloides, and is a wide spectrum antiparisitic, same as albendazole. Albendazole was most effective on the larvae. Ivermectin is also easier on the liver.

You should begin to do your own research on strongyloides and never take the advice of anyone unless they have researched strongyloides. To do so is gambling with your life.

Regarding your hearing loss, many, if not most of us, have lost some hearing. I have tinnitus and hearing loss, both of which come and go. I've also experienced temporary neuropathy in my hands. It is what it is. Living is more important.

When I first started on ICU's protocol, I became so constipated that laxatives did not work. I resorted to castor oil which cleared the blockage. You may need to do the same.
