By the way, I forgot to mention that to develop the discipline to make affirmations, I bought a hand click-counter on Amazon.com.
Each morning, while walking, I put my hand into my Pocket and there"s my "click-counter". So, I don't forget to do my affirmations.
The subconsciuos will at forst resist affirmations. Eventually it accepts, but only if you develop this habit.
