Yes, I know exactly where it is at. Not a joke at all, it is absolute control.

The real reason for rolling out smart meters is that they are remote switches to turn power off and on.

The power company no longer needs to go to an address when you ask for new service. They take a reading and turn power off/on remotely.

If you try to remove one of these meters the power company will be on your property in less than 30 minutes.

If you can't see the implications of control of this power switch is then you are just naive.
