Had a parasite specialist prescribe me Ivermectin and Albendazole because parasites, tapeworms, and strongyloides were detected and got my prescriptions within 48 hours. I don't trust online suppliers for something serious like prescription drugs. Try to get tested by multiple (and I mean multiple) labs and specialists would be my advice. See what you have, get treatment, heal & recover, and repeat if necessary until your health is 100%. It's simply maintenance after that. Good luck
