The Zymex 11 is three capsules a day for 8 days--at LEAST 3 hours away from any meal. More hours, if it's not working for you. Don't cheat! 8 days you have to do it like this. Then a week off, then repeat the first week over again. The week off is to let any eggs hatch. You can even leave 6 hours between the time you take the capsules and the next time you eat. Then, another 6 hours before you take the capsule again. Then eat 6 hours later. You wont' starve. If 2 hours isn't working, extend the time that you don't eat anything. Keep your meals light for the 8 days.

If you DON'T take the capsules on an empty stomach, you'll never get the worm.

If you're not getting the tapeworm, you're cheating with the food and digesting food instead of the worm. I KNOWS you haven't looked up the protocol for this one. It's right here on this forum posted numerous times. You have to follow instructions, if you want results. You're not asking the right questions. Obviously, you're not looking it up.
Don't be lazy, look it up on this forum. Don't cheat with any food. You can only have water between times.
