Would it be safe to take Zymex-II empty stomach first thing in the morning?

I took 4 rounds earlier, 2 rounds after breakfast and 2 rounds after lunch.

Each time strictly provided break of over 2 hours before and after taking Zymex. In each round, supplemented with dewormer every day. Still couldn't kill tapeworm. Still have segments of Tapeworm coming out with BM and rice things in liver flush.
