If it was long and skinny, and the same size throughout the length, it was probably a worm. After you get your pooper clean, there won't be homes or food for parasites.

My major concern with things like senna are that they mess with good bacteria. And good bacteria are what make us have a clean colon.

I've always used h2o2 in colonic water to clean out when something is making me feel sick.

(I've been 4 years into detox, and MANY times toxins that stank like plastic came out of me!)

The o2 makes good bacteria grow (but lots if flushed away so you still need a probiotic), and it kills anaerobic parasites. (all of them are).

I used to freak out about parasites too. But they are just garbage men doing their job.
