Thanks Pamela! Eeek I don't think I'll ever feel good about a worm living in my insides!!!! :-/ you're right though... I should probably be a little more careful instead of just chucking a load of Senna down my throat when I don't really know what I'm doing!

Well, that's the thing, it was kinda long & skinny but a bit lumpy & irregular which leads me to think it wasn't a worm... It was almost like a long piece of chewing gum that had lumps & twists in it.

God I'm so grossing myself out.
