If I really need to know how much weight I've lost, I just look into the Great white throne :) Any weight loss that occurs is the elimination of gunk that hinders me from being healthy. If I stop because the numbers on the scale seem too low, then I may stop prematurely (almost did) and for the wrong reason.
A scale is useless to me right now. When my body says stop, I will stop.
