Asbsolutely! Go for it! The longer the better!

_Avoid_ the scale because that's when the head games start.
Go by how you feel and look. Those should be your guidelines because you will look and feel great!

The detoxes and experiences are the same as everyone else. Enjoy those negative physical signs because they are proof that you are getting closer to being cleaner. No pain no gain :)

Stick to the rules in the book. You won't go wrong.
If you feel you are loosing too much, add more maple syrup. For a 10 day fast, don't be too concerned about it because you will gain it all back. Trust me :) After the cleanse, your body will be more receptive to nutrients.

I am underweight, 98 lbs when I began, and this is the start of my 16th day. I'm looking forward to my 40th, on New Year's eve :)
