Keep in mind you're taking 10000% more Iodine than 99% of the population whose prostates are ok.

Don't get obsessed my friend.

My suggestion would be : Unless you have a serious problem directly related to elemental Iodine deficiency, do what it does you good for some weeks. *Enjoy* the effects of a high SSKI /Lugol ratio. And after a while go back to experimenting with the ratio or take more Lugol if you want.
