Re: Lugol plus SSKI doubts

now is more clear to me...

as a male , i just get worried that without a little of Elemental Iodine i would not feed my prostate and the others parts who take I2 properly..

soo i think if a take 100mg of Lugol, plus much more of SSKI i will be far above the minimum...

i have a little bit of Hypo...soo KI its enought right?

maybe 50mg of Lugols would be alredy ok, and the rest, just alot of SSKI ...

i have some difficults to know what im needing...actually i have not much of a idea about what my body is really needing, i just know i have a lot of stuff to detox, as im seeing now...(years and years over psyquiatric meds,bromide breads,all that stuff....)
