Read Dr. Kenneth Sutter's book: A paradigm Shift.
I earlier tried Dr. Clark's complete protocol. Same problems as yours. Later had to shift to Dr. Sutter's protocol.
To answer your question, daily enema and regular Liver Flushes are needed during parasite cleanse (IMO). Though before doing any liver flush, ensure taking parasite cleanse products for at least 2 weeks.
