Parasite detox

Hello , I am doing the Hulda Clark parasite detox and I have expelled quite a few worms . The trouble is , I am still not sure how I do the detox in terms of liver & kidney . Do I do that first or after the parasite detox ? Is the liver & kidney the same in terms of the same detox cleanses both the liver & kidney ? I am very sick i think from the worm toxins reducing ?
