The reason I know Iodine was depleting my magnesium is because when I would stop taking Iodine, almost all of my symptoms would go away within 24-36 hours.
Then once I started using Mangesium Oil, I could take Iodine with zero issues.
It is possible processes in my body started 'working again' and that caused a depletion of my magnesium. But for whatever reason, Iodine did do something to deplete my magnesium levels. The only thing that fixed it was Magnesium Oil.
I've read a lot of posts of people who had issues with Iodine and I believe a lot of them could be resolved with Magnesium Oil. If you look at the symptoms of people who have issues, they are very similar to what I experienced.
