Regarding the cystic acne, this how I cured mine.

In the morning I washed my face with local raw organic honey. At night I remove makeup with organic coconut oil and washed my face with organic coconut oil. Use no other cleansers. Be careful to not get shampoo or anything else on your face while showering. If your face gets really oily I suggest washing an additional time with the honey and less with the coconut oil.

Throughout the day and before bed, I used two things on the actual blemishes/cystic spots. Organic clove essential oil blended in coconut oil (make a paste, research how much coconut oil needs to be mixed with the essential oil, do not apply essential oil unmixed to skin). I also used organic raw honey mixed with cinnamon and nutmeg, make it into a paste. I alternated placing the two pastes on my my blemishes as much as possible throughout the day and before bed. The clove paste can easily be worn out and and about so I used that the most.

Lastly, I avoided dairy as much as possible. Grass fed if you must.

I am in my thirties and had suffered from cystic Acne for over ten years. My mother did as well. I have tried all the dermatologist junk and this I felt worked very fast, is inexpensive, and has solved the problem for good. All these years of being told to buy only oil free everything, Antibiotics , injections. It was all dumb. And I have fallen into my own routine with these things since, but honestly have had no more cystic spots at all.
