i agree--i find that when i push myself too much to "feel normal", i end up stressing myself out with the same responsibilities that i was once able to handle. i need to realize that this all takes time and i cant rush healing in the hopes of being able to jump back into my old life.

i think its super hard especially at a young age like we are at, when you feel the 'shoulds" of society piling up (getting a job, having a social life, traveling, dating, having fun).

in this sense, we can start to create our own "shoulds" and learn that we each have our own story and its best to never compare yourself to others, and even to your old self.

idk...just some thoughts.
