I am trying to practice the above ^ in order to heal my nervous system, i feel it creates contentment and peace.
i dont know how to explain moving on vs being content with what is.
What is the right thing to do? because to go out, force things, 'move on', 'achieve goals' creates a lot of stress in me.
But when i just am able to lie down and breatheeeeeee.... I can feel a deep relaxation/healing take place.
