1 tablespoon of Epsom Salts with some water at 6pm, same again at 8pm. Half a cup (125ml) of olive oil mixed with half a cup of grapefruit juice at 10pm. Morning after: 1 tablespoon of Epsom Salts with water at 6am and the same again at 8am.

1 cup is 250ml. Dunno why you bring up 2 cups.
