Liver flush UK translation please

Hi I want to do the Liver Flush but every variation I read I don't understand the American units such as "2 cups". What exactly is a cup? How many milliliters? I can't find one with the metric system.

Can someone simplify it for me using the metric system please? I want to know exactly how much Epsom Salt and water to drink throughout the day and how much olive oil and grapefruit/lemon? Tweet
