yesterday i apply the cream again but its 4x a day..
feeling more fresh, satisfied in my anus part where this weird sweat came from..


here its 6:30 am in the morning in philippines..

just finish this home work out again..

so much sweat, feels really good..

then i try to smell my self..... no fbo..

went to the c.r, smelling my self again.. still no fbo..

smell it again for the third time, just to be SURE.. i closed my eyes.. and smell gently.. NO FBO

coz "HE GOT A POINT" your doing this diet.. but like mine and his problem.. the problem is coming from the upper part of the anus where this WEIRD SWEAT appeared.. And like what he said "YOU ARE CURING WHAT IS PERFECTLY FINE" coz like me and the him the problem is in the upper part of the anus where this weird sweat happen..


here what i do

* applying cream 4x a day in the upper part of the anus where is thi weird sweat appeared
* drinking multi vitamins
* drinking probiotics
* doing exercise
* doing kegel exercise


that what i only do.. no diet, etc..
