Hello sorry for the update if it take a long time..
so heres what i do..
one night i feel so depress of my desease.. i know the problem is our tummy..
so i decided to eat only oats and fruits..
i've been eatinf it for 2 days.. and because of the oats that is RICH IN FIBER.. it make me poo 3x or 2x a days.. so feel good..
i've been doing this for two days.. and i can see the fast improvements..
i also eating oat cookie, yogurt and yakult a probiotic..
and feel the weird sweat in upper anus is lessen or dont know if it gone.. i cant confirm if its gone coz the time i left home i wash my anus with water and soap so i dont know if the wet is came from the water or if it sweat
i feel more confortable..
then my stools are not that smelly anymore.. and not sticky anymore..
SO HAPPY !
i also do this sweating like exercise.. home push up will do as long as you sweat..
and from know on ill stick to this diet.. only oats and fruits..
i can see know the improvements in just 2 days
