Re: Is this diet ok for candida?

Sounds like a healthy diet. You may not get rid of the candida with diet alone. It takes persistence, and there might be an underlying cause as to why you may not be improving, a fungal infection usually co-exists with a parasitic infection, so you may want to think about a parasite cleanse.

The taralii, that could be feeding your candida. I would not eat that food. Just because its yeast free its doesnt mean you can eat it, most all crackers, unless raw sprouted seed and nut crackers homemade in a dehydrator wouldnt work.

You also want to think about cleansing, colonics, water therapy, and herbal therapy.

Most fish and meat have metal poisons and parasites. I would eliminate pork if anything, because parasites living in pork cannot be cooked to death, they stay alive. Lots of times shellfish is not good for this kind of diet either. If you have to eat meat, make sure it is thoroughly cooked, so that the contamination may be destroyed.

Strawberries are not a sour fruit, and have higher Sugar and not an antiparasitic.

Sour fruits are what you want to consume; all berries except strawberries, unsweetened cranberries, unsweetened pomegranate, lemons, limes, green apples, and super fruits like, noni, mangosteen, acai etc.
