I would love to be fasting still when you get started. That would mean I'm kicking a** and flying high.
I started last night at 11pm with dry fast and am 3.5 hours away from completing 24 hours. All going well so far. Smoother than I thought it would be. Perhaps having a relaxing and very easy day made the difference . I also seem to have less hunger urges than when water fasting. I'm not coming to any conclusions yet though. Also I'm not as thirsty as I thought I'd be. I'm not putting any pressure on myself with extending this but if all goes well I will continue through the night till tomorrow morning and see how I feel when I wake up.
