Re: its impossible to live with strongyloides

I couldn't agree more. What's worse is when your body is declining/emaciating/no menses and your spouse won't try to understand the sheer nightmare. He's as bad as doctors denying it and suggesting mental health!!! <---Terrible. Worse than my own mortality, is that of the two most precious children to me in the world. Strongyloidasis and ascariasis is so infectious and I accidentally let my baby boy drink after me. And I know, without a shadow of a doubt, my babies caught it. I can hardly breathe thinking of it. I need a sputum test or ELISA, something to prove this is not a mental health issue. I wouldn't lie about something so severe.

I had 6 fecal transplants from donors (only screened through O&P). I had C.Diff and didn't know what I know now about the prevalence of strongyloides and parasites. They're endemic in the southern parts of the continents (except Antartica) and I lived in FL, SC, and NC. I also was on 42 weeks of Antibiotics for UTIs in pregnancy, this laid the welcome mat for parasites....no good bacteria, no stomach acidity, leaky gut, ate sushi.

I think I am going to have a heart attack over this in my kids. It's no joke. I'm not kidding. Terrifying.
