its impossible to live with strongyloides

I cannot believe our medical system turns its back on people with strongyloides. The CDC and other government documents say that eosinophils likely do not show positive after hyperinfection. Strongyloides are so tiny they do not show up in stools. After hyperinfection you have a 10% chance to survive and yet the hospitals still will not help.
They do not teach the doctors about the disease. Doctors tell their patients hyperinfection is like a diagnosis of cancer yet there is no one to turn to like cancer patients have. They only make fun of you saying you have a parasitosis which is a psychosis.
What absolute evil, mean behaviour fit for Nazi times.
