Re: Testosterone therapy for women with adrenal fatigue?

I thought DHEA converts in the body into testosterone which may turn into estrogen. Hormones was very confusing to me.

I saw four different doctors and they all had different ideas about hormones

Hormones are a very delicate balance, I would works with a doctor that is a bio identical hormone specialist.

I work with and ND that is specialized in plant based hormones. THe office runs extensive tests on cardiovascular health and risks, genetics, and micro nutrient testing as well as nutrient state and hormonal imbalance, and neuro-cognitive testing. And the ND gives your this incredible vitamin drink for all your vitamins, minerals and I started a drinking healthy smoothies for lunch. began flax seed oil and probiotics. All of this really boasted my body. And I was given a bone growth formula to increase bone density by 90%

My regular MD obgyn basically told me she does not endorse hormone replacement, but they can prescribe pills that "may" make you feel better and to help you get through it . Two totally different schools of thought. Of course I went with the ND it was more aligned with my way of thinking.
