I don't take a strong stand one way or the other on the other things you mentioned. ACV I've heard conflicting things. I don't think it helps fight candida but I don't think it hurts either. I wouldn't take a whole lot of it. Soy might aggravate food allergies if you have leaky gut caused by candida. If you don't know if you have leaky gut, assume you do have it if you have candida. Salt does not kill candida. Balance salt with potassium. Coffee and tea contain caffeine which can stress the adrenals but if you only drink moderate amounts, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
