Fermented veggies such as kimchi and sauerkraut are good for you and supply good bacteria to your gut.

I don't take a strong stand one way or the other on the other things you mentioned. ACV I've heard conflicting things. I don't think it helps fight candida but I don't think it hurts either. I wouldn't take a whole lot of it. Soy might aggravate food allergies if you have leaky gut caused by candida. If you don't know if you have leaky gut, assume you do have it if you have candida. Salt does not kill candida. Balance salt with potassium. Coffee and tea contain caffeine which can stress the adrenals but if you only drink moderate amounts, I wouldn't worry about it too much. The only sweeteners I would use in drinks is xylitol and stevia (pure). You can buy pure stevia from HerbStoreUSA:
