Re: What Worked For Me in Fighting Candidiasis - Intro
congrats on your results. i tried lufenuron for three months. the first month was fantastic, by month two -- little impact, by month three -- no effect at all.
i've since tried low dose
Iodine and that seems to be working pretty well. i have a history of cipro and levaquin
Antibiotics use, and they are full of fluoride, which binds to
Iodine receptors.
i had all the classic hypo symptoms, like cold hands and feet, insomnia, dry brittle hair, fatigue, high bp and cholesterol, etc.
my body temps and sleep patterns instantly improved. libido a lot stronger, was able to think clearly again.
iodine needs to be supplemented carefully, with selenium, especially, to protect the thyroid. also b, c, mag.
the cost is also significantly less. about $8 for a 1 year supply if you are taking 2.5 mg a day (one drop) as i am. that seems to be enough to keep candida at bay.
i hope the lufenuron continues to work for you, but if it loses its mojo you may be able to switch as i did. take care.
