Re: What Worked For Me in Fighting Candidiasis - Intro
I highly recommend fermented foods from the cruciferous family only: cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, bok choi, and cress. I also recommend cabbage rejuvelac which is basically sauerkraut juice. I made a post about it and how I use it. Read it here:

At one time I thought that kefir was good but I changed my mind about it when I gave it up and experienced progress in my battle with yeast. I don't think it is real bad like
Sugar but it is kinda bad. It is dairy. I avoid all dairy except butter and ghee.
I'm not sure about seeds. All I can say is try small amounts and see how you react.
I would not eat any fruits, even low
Sugar fruits like blueberries. I thought I could eat them at one time but when I started doing enemas I was shocked at how much yeast was in my colon because of those blueberries. I have to admit that I advocate probably the most strict diet possible. That is because I have (had) a severe candida infection. I never made progress until I went on a strict diet. I know some people have a milder infection than me and might not need to be so strict but like I said in my post, they can recover much faster on a strict diet than on a looser diet. Show the yeast no mercy.
