Thanks for the info, Well I asked about Water Fast because that's what I wish to do, alternating between tea and fruit every 2 hours would be too much tea and too much fruit.
Anyway I begin the Water Fast all over again today after starting and failing two days ago, yesterday my last meal was MacDonald which sucked but now my mission is to clean that junk out of my system along with the other stuff.
p.s=resting when needed isn't always possible but Fridays and Saturdays are days off so there I would be able to rest as needed. I work as an IT guy and even moving from place to place isn't always easy and yesterday when I didn't eat well during the first 8 hours after waking up (the reasons I ate at macdonals) I had brain fog...
