Hey!
First of all mental benefits always go with physical benefits, since the body and mind are part of an incorporating-all-connected system.
You may need to lower your dose while WF, which would be a better choice compared to resorting to caffeine/teophylline for nervous boost. Of course I don't know the specifics, but I guess it can be tricky, since probably for doing that you need plasma level assessment of your medication.
It may be a good and safer idea to fruit-herbalInfusionAndHoneyDrink fast, alternating fruit and tea each 2 hours instead of WF. You will experience a milder lows then. It is best to fast and rest at the same time, then you may not need Caffeine boost, because you can rest in the lows, or rest the whole time.
