Re: Leaky Gut/Candida plan - need advice
You're off to a good start,
In my experience, I have found that flushing the liver is the most important part.
The candida, parasites, yeast etc, are just symptoms of poor digestion - congestion.
All symptoms are survival responses - these critters are there because they have a very important purpose. Their duty is to break up and consume the dirty, rotting congestion that has not be assimilated into or out of the body due to indigestion.
The main, root cause of indigestion and the other issues like leaky gut is poor bile output. If bile was being output at proper volumes, your colon would be surprisingly clean and the body would be in a state where it was strong and well enough to heal the leaky gut on it's own.
Certainly stay away from anything that will irritate the gut and make the gap bigger, like nuts, seeds, nightshades, soy, legumes, dairy, acidic foods, sugar, alcohol etc ... however, killing off everything without removing the reason why these bacteria are living there will cause them to just come back even stronger next time. When we kill off the janitors too early, you set the precondition for further intoxication of the body due to the absence of these janitors.
Be kind to your gut and keep flushing your liver until ten or even fifteen flushes in a row yield no more stones.
I have carried out over 70 flushes at this stage, and I feel that I am about 3/4 the way done, and I am only 27. The liver really needs an oil change every six months from the day it is five years old, so you can just imagine how backed up it gets from our neglect.
Good luck:)
