Those are all detox symptoms. But the problem with fast detox is:
If your body doesn't have enough resources (negative charges from distilled water, raw plants, tissue salts, plant organic minerals) to neutralize toxins that are being dumped in your bloodstream, they just go straight back where they started- stored in your liver or in fat cells.
I think slow detox is easier on the body, and you actually poop out the toxins :)
But the good news is: your smelly poop means some IS exiting! :)
