Did you ever figure out what these were? I'm passing these too. The last one was over a foot long and still have a chunk of my bloody intestinal lining attached to its mouth. Exact same shape as the ones in your pictures.

I'm getting them out with diatomaceous earth.

Going to a GI doctor today with a sample. I hope they can find out what type.
