Vitamin D3 and it's cofactors - if you get side effects-

Vits A, D, K and E are all intertwined.
About it in depth: http://www.ext.colostate.edu/pubs/foodnut/09315.html

Magnesium is the most common cofactor that is needed with D3
http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2013/12/08/magnesium-health-benefits.aspx

If you react poorly to high doses of D3, (125mg / 5000 IU) even when adding magnesium to your mix,
go directly for A in retinol form (beta carotene is inefficient)
and K's 1 and 2, both in Mk4 and Mk7 forms.

The K2 Mk4 is VITAL to health all throughout the body. If you've been greens-deficient and had gut dysbiosis for a long time, this food-based nutrient helps reverse bone demineralization and tooth decay, HUGELY.

Life extention's Super-K formula can be used if you're not on blood-thinners and if you tend towards anemia.

If you're suffering candida issues, and on blood thinners like wayfarin, or not able yet to parasite-cleanse, Jarrow's MK-7 is what to get. (magnesium also counteracts hypertension, talk with doctor!)

There's also megadose vit k2 MK4 supplements available, but using them without parasite cleansing/extra precautions against biofilms, they'll get nibbled up quickly by infectious agents and the efficacy of the supplement will go down. Mk7 is the famous nattokinkase (from fermented soybeans, nutty Japanese thing..) form of K2, and stays in the bloodstream much longer, because it's not so easy for infectious agents to metabolise.

Vitamin K2 has a role to play in reducing oxylates in the kidneys, too, alongside magnesium and a healthy diet. Kidney stones, K1 is metabolized into K2 in several places in the body, including the kidneys.
