I am 24, 5'2, and 110 lb woman. I live in the desert, but when I first noticed this symptom I was living in Portland. I feel dehydrated no matter how much water I drink. If it gets really bad, like say in the middle of the night I have a low grade headache that lowers in intensity but never truly goes away when I drink water. I have been taking nascent Iodine ever day for about a year on account of thinking I have possible hypothyroidism, since I'm always cold and have brittle hair. I also drink 2-3 liters of unfluoridated water a day which I add the liquimins trace minerals to. These worked for a while, helping to get the feeling of dehydration out of my lungs. But lately neither have really been helping all that much anymore. Are there any protocols, herbs, or supplements that I can do/take to increase my absorption of water?
