Hi cloverbelle, thank you so much for all your help! I will for sure check out the book today. I really do feel a bit lost and overwhelmed by the sheer amount of contrasting information. But your post is a good start. I'll get the book, and I will wait to do any liver flushes. I'll do a colon and parasite cleanse first. I'm determined to read through some of the material today and pick a healthy colon-cleanse program to get started.
