I will add that Pea Protein is less allergenic and therefore you might be okay with it, especially if you take some Pancreatin to speed the protein breakdown making it less allergenic.
It sounds like you are severely deficient in protein which is a problem that I also had. Things have been much better since I increased my protein intake. However the key is how easy the protein is to breakdown and not having to chew which is where protein powder comes into it's own. Better still would be hydrolyzed protein which your immune system could not react to but it is more expensive.
I suggest that you see what you can tolerate, whole protein powder with pancreatin but if you cannot get along with that then hydrolyzed protein. You do need far more protein than you are getting, your body cannot function with what you are currently getting.
A form of anti histamine either natural or drug might also help because you probably produce large amounts of it with lots of saliva, stuffy nose etc. This is working against you just as it does with anyone with Increased Intestinal Permeability Syndrome (leaky gut). My advice is based upon what is actually happening to you and not a rough guess. With such dramatically increased digestive permeability you can only try and lessen the effects the best you can so that your body can function better.
