It largely depends upon what antibodies are causing the problems for you. Some people react with IgE and other people have problems with IgG.
For me IgE is a problem and I am allergic to just about every food. I itch when I eat foods that I react to which gives a clue. Total exhaustion was a big problem for me and I discovered that I could train my immune system by the way that I ate. If I ate the same food at the same time of day within about a 30-40 mins window I would be okay and I would not be totally exhausted and I did not get the skin reactions that I can get. My white cell counts are much better as well. If I deviated from this and introduced new foods then I would become totally exhausted and sleep for most of the day. Not much of a life!
I discovered that high dose Methylcobalamin Vit B12 has been validated to stimulate the activity of the body's TH1 suppressor T-Cells, which then down-regulates the over-production of the allergen antibody IgE in allergic individuals. This limits my immune reaction to foods. I was taking 25mg methylcobalamin per day but have reduced it to 20mg/day now. That helps me more than anything else. I still don't change the foods too much but the times do change quite a lot without too many problems.

You could also try Saccharomyces Boulardii which increases production of IgA and IgG antibodies which did help me. The IgA antibodies could be the key as they are normally produced by the digestive system but for people with hyper permeability they are missing in some areas of the digestive system which causes a problem.
I am about to begin making some again. I was culturing it in yoghurt which comes out very well, producing a nice set yoghurt. I think that it would help me so hope to get some done today, or at least to begin culturing from a capsule.....the first pot of yoghurt takes a long time to produce and then further pots are much faster after the CFM have risen.
Look into improving you methylation processes, it might be helpful. B12 is an important part of that. SAMe can be helpful too and can help improve the mood a little. I recently purchased some SAMe powder and measured it out using a digital mg scale. started with 200mg and worked up. I am now taking 400mg twice daily. It can help with methylation and auto immune problems.
Good luck to you.
